1,875 sq.ft. one story single family home with a 402 sq.ft. attached two - car garage. The 62 sq.ft. front covered porch was redesigned in a Craftsman-style. The two tapered wood columns used to support the open gable roof have a natural stone veneer base. A heavy wood front door completes the new style of the facade.
